How to Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
You can ask us to activate an added security level called “Multi-Factor Authentication” (MFA). This feature sends a code to the user’s smartphone or email which must be entered to allow them to connect to their cloud computer desktop. Just let us know which of your users should use MFA and we will activate it for them. Then follow the steps below to enable MFA.
Google Authenticator
Click File in the upper left.
Then click Options
Then click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Settings
Click Macro Settings and then set to Enable all macros, then click Ok on all screens until they all close
